Sessions include:

The Minimalista Organizing® team can organize any & every space in a home or workspace! Each space receives thoughtful attention to every detail and a system that works for you and your lifestyle. Whether you want to be 100 % hands-on or more hands-off, we are flexible and will help you meet your organizing goals. We use our Minimalista Organizing® framework & expertise to complete every space so it looks beautiful as well as functional for your needs. We are a team of women who work efficiently + productively to help you get organized!

Our sessions include:

  • Decluttering help & guidance

  • Developing organizational systems to work for your specific needs.

  • Customized labels for containers

  • Complimentary donation drop-offs of one trunk full per session

  • Expertly chosen products to help keep your space organized and beautiful (if you choose to add them, we can also use what you have!). We handle all designing, planning, shopping, unboxing, & returns for you*

*Shopping, planning, and loading products are billed at the one organizer hourly rate.


Pricing

Organizing is an investment in your happiness.

Take decluttering & organizing off your to-do list!

During your consultation call, we will help you determine how many organizers your project needs. After, you can send photos, videos, and measurements so we are ready to go for your project!

In-person consultations are available. Show us your space in person. We will walk + talk through your home to discuss areas of focus, assess the areas that are causing stress, & take measurements for you (approximately 45 minutes).

Investment: $100 - (Credited toward your total when you complete your first session)

All pricing is based on a 5-hour session. At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to confirm your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your project. Pricing is only for labor. Any organizing products and time spent shopping by Minimalista Organizing is separate and added to the total invoice.


ONE ORGANIZER
$100/hr

Unsure how many organizers to hire? Let’s do the first session together! 1-1 session to begin the process in your space. (Want to work 1-1 with Platinum certified Konmari® Consultant Owner Amy Mayorga - $150/hr)

EACH ADDITIONAL ORGANIZER
$75/hr

Our team of organizers will come ready to help you reach your organizing and decluttering goals. Each organizer is $75/hr additional. The more hands, the more we can accomplish in a session!

All rates are based on a 5-hour day

Travel rates are available upon request


5 SESSION PACKAGE (2 organizers) - $4175

  • Book 25 hours of organizing (5 sessions of 5 hours) with 2 organizers & get $200 off of the $4375 regular price.

  • Approximately $83/hr per organizer

  • Must be used within 12 months.

  • Can be used for moving help (decluttering, unpacking, organizing)

  • Shopping/planning time included in this package- (Approximately $500 additional savings)

  • Access to our trade discount on products (20% off at the Container Store)

  • Products not included.


5 SESSION PACKAGE (3 organizers) - $5950

  • Book 25 hours of organizing (5 sessions of 5 hours) with 3 organizers & get $300 off of the $6250 regular price.

  • Approximately $79/hr per organizer

  • Must be used within 12 months.

  • Can be used for moving help (decluttering, unpacking, organizing)

  • Shopping/planning time included in this package- (Approximately $500 additional savings)

  • Access to our trade discount on products (20% off at the Container Store)

  • Products not included.


10 SESSION PACKAGE- $11,750

  • Book 50 hours of organizing (10 sessions of 5 hours) with 3 organizers & get $750 off of the $12,500 regular price.

  • Approximately $78/hr per organizer

  • Must be used within 12 months.

  • Can be used for moving help (decluttering, unpacking, organizing)

  • Shopping/planning time included in this package- (Approximately $1000 additional savings)

  • Access to our trade discount on products (20% off at the Container Store)

  • Products not included


MAINTENANCE PACKAGE- $450/month

  • Organization requires maintenance. Let us do the work for you!

  • Exclusively available only to our returning customers and only in spaces that Minimalista Organizing has previously organized

  • Automatic booking. No need to remember to book, together we will pick one day a month and it will be yours.

  • 1 professional organizer will refresh your space

  • 5 hours once a month (12-month commitment).

  • Shopping & products not included.

  • All sessions must be used within the 12 months.


VIRTUAL SESSIONS- $200 via video call

  • 2 hours of total FaceTime, Zoom call, or product research time broken up as needed.

  • Vision-based goal setting

  • How to organize your space- game plan.

  • Decluttering and organizing advice, and working through problem areas, categories, and situations.

  • Scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed

  • Links to examples of products that could work for your space (if applicable)

  • Prepayment is required to confirm your session and package.


VIRTUAL COACHING- $200/hr via video call

  • 60 min FaceTime or Zoom call

  • Interested in becoming a professional organizer?
